Chinese young people more using domestic beauty brands

There is a story in the new issue of the #BeijingReview saying that young #Chinese are increasingly preferring domestic #beautyproducts over International brands. They supposedly say they are cheaper and very good. Clearly they are cheaper! They also say is change reflect rolling patriotism among young Chinese. I am curious whether any Chinese friends or friends who know Chinese culture can confirm whether this is a trend among young people in China.
