Won’t fly before a vaccine?

An academic friend wrote me that he won’t fly (e.g. to conferences) until a Covid vaccine is developed. Are you being cautious, I asked. “No,” he responded, “I won’t fly because I’m paranoid and a germaphobe, which I refer to as caution”in polite company. 🙂”
